Tommy Car Wash Systems is looking for a motivated individual to care for our campus in Holland Michigan.  We take immense pride in our 2 year old facility, and need an individual who can keep it looking new and maintained for years to come.  This individual will be responsible for managing and prioritizing tasks regarding the facility and grounds from landscaping and lawn care to fleet vehicle management.  This is a hands-on roll that also leads a team of individuals.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead facility cleaning and maintenance staff, ensuring the facility is kept in pristine condition at all times. 
• Internal lawn care and maintenance (Lawn Mowing, edging, weed whipping, clean-up, etc.)
• Manage all facilities related vendor contracts and relationships that cannot be done internally including snow services, lawn services, parking lot maintenance, building maintenance and upkeep, lighting, security, etc.
• Tracking hours and expenses for various tasks
• Monitoring, conducting, and contracting out scheduled maintenance on company assets including vehicles, forklifts, machinery, HVAC, Fire Suppression, etc. 
•  General repair and maintenance of the facility including cleaning, painting, pressure washing, hardware repair, etc. 
• Gathering and Prioritizing tasks in Maintain-X software
• Handle ordering and inventory of supplies, parts, and equipment needed for facilities 
• Track and complete regular maintenance/upkeep/repairs and ensure registration is in order for company vehicles and equipment including three SUVs, both F250 trucks, trailers, forklifts, and scissor lift
• Support office admin and janitorial services; set up/take down of furniture, tents, and other facilities needs office events, and other tasks as needed
•  Working with our Safety Coordinator to ensure the facility is up to OSHA and other required standards to keep team members safe. 
• Other general duties as assigned.

 Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:

• HS Diploma
• Must be energetic, upbeat, and have a keen eye for organization and cleanliness.  
• Handy with tools and machine/building maintenance and repair
• Background in a trade such as construction, plumbing, electrical, lawn maintenance a plus. 
• Energetic with a positive attitude. 
• Takes pride in their work and strives for excellence
• Leadership experience a plus
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks
• Ability to have flexible work hours and drive to the facility in case of alarm. 
• Must have a valid drivers license with clean record to drive company vehicles. 

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This job operates in a professional office and warehouse environment including both indoor and outdoor work. Normal office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm; however, some maintenance and work may need to be scheduled and accommodated outside of normal working hours. Travel is primarily local during the business day running errands for facilities needs. The role’s computer responsibility will be light without any ability to work remote.

To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, team member must be able to:

• Ability to work and commute in all weather conditions
• Drive between company locations as needed while on job
• Frequently stand and work in a fast-paced environment where they will often be multitasking
• Able to move about inside car wash and warehouse facilities
• Work with mechanical equipment, lift 50 - 70 lbs, go up heights on ladder
• Operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as; calculator, copy machine and printer
• Able to effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
• Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers
• Tolerate vibrating tools and louder than normal work environment at times
