Our sales team is responsible for hitting goals and must have in depth knowledge of all Allstate's insurance policies including but not limited to homeowner's insurance., auto insurance, landlord, boat, renters, motorcycle, umbrella policies, etc. This also includes TWIA policies, flood and our expanded market when Allstate is not an option. As a key player in our sales team, you will have the opportunity to directly impact our clients' lives by providing them with tailored insurance policies that meet their specific needs. Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads to acquire potential insurance clients anywhere in the state of Texas.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored policies.
Provide comprehensive information on product lines including property and casualty insurance including auto, home, renters, etc.
Achieve both personal and team sales goals through different avenues and consistent processes.
Understand and adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by consistent follow-ups and providing exceptional service.
Stay informed about changing company and industry trends and product enhancements to remain competitive.
Prepare accurate proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients when necessary.
Requirements
A good attitude and strong work ethic required. Dependable
License preferred; Willing to train
Two years insurance sales experience preferred; Allstate experience preferred.
Licensing assistance available
A valid General Lines Texas Property & Casualty License is required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus: A sincere commitment to understanding and addressing client needs.
Sales Skills: Proficiency in negotiating and closing sales.
