Tomorrows Hope is in need of a Case Manager.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age.
Be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
Bachelor's Degree in a human service-related field, psychology, sociology, or criminology is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with basic computer knowledge
Job duties
Process initial case management intake of new residents
Coordinate the care of residents as they ready themselves for independent living and housing.
Help residents retain benefits, obtain employment and find housing.
Maintain resident files and documentation of work performed.
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits:
- Paid time off - Eleven (11) Paid holidays, five (5) sick days and two (2) weeks PTO per year for the first year of employment. Three (3) weeks PTO after first year of employment.
