Position : Residential (HVAC) Service Technician
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Install, maintain or repair HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, as assigned, with quality and workmanship under time guidelines and goals to ensure customer satisfactionPerform routine maintenance on HVAC systemsAssist in the training of junior team membersMeet all HVAC codesWork successfully with our customer care teams to ensure effective dispatching while maintaining a productive schedule without unnecessary delaysCompleting assignments on nights and / or weekends to serve customers, as needed when on callMaintaining a valid Texas drivers license with a clear (or Company acceptable near clear) driving record to ensure ability to travel to assigned jobs in a company vehicleMaintain and upgrade skills and the latest industry technology knowledge, as offered through Toms by participating in, and engaging in, on-going training programsMaintain communication with the Residential Service Manager regarding any issues, customer concerns, or any obstacle that may hinder meeting Toms guidelines for customer satisfactionComplete all documentation and necessary administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner to support company operationsMaintain appropriate and professional communication with all Tom Mechanical, Inc.s customers while meeting or exceeding customer service quality and workmanship requirementsThrough your own example, guide other team members to delivering customer satisfaction by :Maintaining safety
