The ideal candidate will develop engaging content that drives interest and builds brand equity for Tonal across social media and in advertising communications. This role combines graphic design, film production, and social media expertise to create impactful original content that resonates with our audience.This is a hybrid position based in New York, New York.What You Will DoCreate social content, print, and digital assets aligned with broader marketing and campaign objectivesConcept, capture, and produce social series and posts, partnering with Social Strategist and Community Manager to executeCreate visually compelling assets optimized for each channelEvolve the brand storytelling style to feel more luxury / premiumDesign social media graphics, carousels, videos, etc.Stay current with pop culture, fitness / health / wellness social media, and platform updates as they relate to content creation and conceptingWho You Are4 years experience creating social media content for brands, ideally in the luxury spaceProven track record of growing social media engagement and followingHigh proficiency in Figma and social media design toolsExperience with photography, video and photo editing, and motion graphicsFoundational knowledge of social platform best practices and content specificationsStrong conceptual and visual storytelling skillsPortfolio of conceptual work with strong design, color balance, photography, logo, and typography skillsNYC-based and able to travel to our NYC office at least one day per week for content productionAt Tonal, we believe that the unique and varied lived experiences of our teammates contribute to our overall strength.
