Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our attorneys and paralegals, as well as managing our legal calendar and ensuring compliance with court part rules.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced and organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will have 2 years of experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm and possess strong calendar management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the firm's legal calendar, including scheduling court appearances, motions, depositions, and client meetings
- Confirm court appearances and ensure compliance with court part rules
- Process and distribute daily mail (25 pieces per day)
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with case-related tasks
- Make follow-up calls to clients and insurance companies to gather case information
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, insurance carriers, and outside counsel
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and other case-related events, coordinating with external parties
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts in collaboration with attorneys and staff
- Circulate updates and changes to schedules efficiently
- Assist with initial phone inquiries from potential clients
- Conduct in-person case intakes
- Draft post-settlement closing documents
- Manage liens and request necessary documentation
