Business Partner
The Director of Business Performance is a seasoned leader responsible for driving financial excellence across the organization. This critical role involves partnering with the General Manager and other Leaders to deliver business results.
Key Accountabilities
- Work closely with GM and other Leaders to drive business financial performance and growth.
- Analyze key contracts and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted actions.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, providing insights into key drivers of variances.
- Lead the development of monthly financial reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual strategic plans and budgets.
- Ensure site operations align with company policies and internal control framework, promoting sound financial management.
- Cultivate a high-performing team that provides expert analysis, driving business decisions and outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in finance leadership roles, particularly in manufacturing.
- Background in supporting manufacturing plants and driving business growth.
- Expertise in financial statement analysis and business forecasting.
- Able to transform data into actionable insights, informing business decisions.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing accounting principles.
- CPA or CMA certification highly desirable.
