Job Description
- Represent employers in employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation claims, wage and hour disputes, class and collective actions, and federal / state employment law compliance.
- Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and manage discovery processes.
- Handle depositions and witness interviews.
- Advise employers on employment law compliance, including ADA, FMLA, CFRA, and COVID-related regulations, as well as disability accommodations and leave policies.
- Potential to engage in labor relations, such as labor negotiations, grievances, and arbitrations.
