Tonti Properties is a leading real estate company founded in 1960 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The company primarily focuses on managing, constructing, developing, acquiring, and owning multifamily apartment communities throughout the Southeast and Southwest.
Tonti Properties is currently seeking a full-time Summer Intern . The Intern will be able to work directly with key professionals within the company, actively supporting the Capital Improvements and Development teams.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of basic construction and real estate terms and concepts
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and goal-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Possess a natural curiosity and passion for project management and functional design
- Have access to a vehicle and be able to drive to the office and to property locations (Mileage for offsite is reimbursed)
