POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Service role is to assist and support the Administration Department - by ensuring that high standards of customer satisfaction are maintained by the Front-End personnel and assists the department and Front End Manager as needed. Supervising the Front-End Staff (cashiers, sackers, go-backs, and maintenance). Customer Service provides customer service and cash handling in a retail store environment. The role is expected to be a role model of the company by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company core values.
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Customer satisfaction
- Process refunds and voids.
- Pick-up process.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Run and distribute daily reports.
- Process rain checks.
- Adhere to item refund policy.
- Maintain and manage customer flow.
- Available to support cashiers.
- Understand and enforce all procedures.
- Responsible for front end opening, crunch, closing efficiencies.
- Handling coupons.
- Understand and use proper LP dept codes and policies.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1 years customer service and retail experience desirable;
- Bilingual: Spanish and English preferred.

- WALKING: Continuously, throughout shift, while moving about the store and handling merchandise.
- STANDING: Continuously, throughout shift.
- LIFTING: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.

The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. *Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics.
Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training. The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits to its team members. Team Members are also able to participate in the company's 401k plan that includes a safe harbor match.
