Position: Assistant Manager
Duties Include:
- Supervise the operations of the restaurant
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Work closely with marketing and sales team to promote and build business
- Purchasing and Receiving capability
- Promote and maintain exemplary guest relations
- Knowledge of OpenTable and Aloha POS system preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership, motivational, conflict resolution and people skills
- Serve Safe certification is preferred, but not required
- Uphold, embody and maintain the Tony’s standard of hospitality and service at all times
