Description:
The eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist assists the eCommerce Operations Manager in their daily responsibilities running the company’s eCommerce business. This includes providing support to the eCommerce Fulfillment team, keeping weekly business on-track, monitoring needed supplies and packaging, providing customer service, and collaborating on related projects.
Primary Duties:
- Supervise daily eCommerce business for three brands (Tony’s, Camber, Forecast)
- Provide prompt and friendly customer service via email and phone.
- Support eCommerce Fulfillment team members with knowledge of daily fulfillment requirements, warehouse layout, and product knowledge.
- Assists in maintaining and updating product information across internal accounting software, internal team communication platforms, company webstores, and affiliate web platforms.
- Monitor and maintain various inventory items.
Daily Duties:
- Assist customers with specific and idiosyncratic requests, questions, and immediate issues via email and phone and our website and shipping software.
- Prepare webstore daily orders for fulfillment through our Google Suite tools and website.
- Coordinate and facilitate changes to our offerings with the marketing and roasting teams when they arise, and update our dropship accounts with these changes.
- Assist the fulfillment team with questions and issues that arise with daily packaging and shipping.
- Make sure promos and other non-standard fulfillment parameters are being met.
- Help write the PO and manage the store’s weekly inventory.
- Pack and fulfill orders. Make USPS deliveries if needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent history of customer service
- Excellent communications skills
- Familiarity and working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite / Workspace
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work well both independently an in a collaborative/ team setting
