Evening Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness in facilities.
• Execute floor care duties including buffing, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
• Conduct custodial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness in both commercial and residential settings.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is well-maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient cleaning operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
• Experience in custodial services or facilities maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and materials.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
