Responsibilities

• Perform various home repair and maintenance, including carpentry and light plumbing/electrical.
• Execute minor renovations and improvements to both interior and exterior spaces of residential properties.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to their home improvement projects.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring efficient completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe work environment for yourself and others.

Proven experience as a handyman or skilled craftsman in a construction or home repair/remodeling setting.

• Skill areas in at least three (3) of the following:
• Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work
• General Carpentry - Rough and Finish
• Bathroom Upgrades / Remodel
• Kitchen Refresh / Remodel
• Painting Interior and Exterior
• Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
• Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge
• Flooring Repair and Installation
• Great customer service and client relations
• Knowledge of building code

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to think critically under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills to foster client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing quality work and achieving customer satisfaction.
• Must be comfortable working with ladders and lifting up to 50lbs
• Must have current driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Must have tools, work vehicle and good references
• Must pass screening process which includes a background check
• Must have a smart phone
• Located within 30 mile radius of Lake Orion, MI

Pay and Incentives:

Competitive Pay Structure:

• Earn $20-$70/hour depending on your skillset
• Your experience will determine your starting hourly & commission rates, with opportunities to grow as you prove your value.

$1,000 Starting Bonus

Pay: $25.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
