Summary:
The Accounting Auditor serves as an integral part of the Finance team by providing technical and analytical expertise to a busy retail/c-store environment. This position is responsible for providing audit support to assigned businesses under the Toot’n Totum family of companies.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper processing of various vendor billing, store deposits, and inventory audits for Car Care Centers.
- Reconciles bank and check reconciliations for the Car Care Centers.
- Sends monthly statements to customers and process customer payments.
- Supports and facilitates organizational changes, continuous improvement, and communication.
- Establishes and fosters relationships with management and all team members that will enable the Finance function to be viewed as an integral part of the business.

Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two years’ experience preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at time.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
