Must be responsible, dependable, friendly, organized and professional.
Responsibilities and Duties
Verify insurance eligibility
Schedule appointments
Confirm Appointments
Check notes and chart for accuracy
Post procedures
Complete daily reports
Build and maintain employer/insurance benefit files
Answer phones
Maintain recall
Facilitate referrals
Qualifications and Skills
Experience with dental front desk preferred. Understanding of Medicaid and CHP benefits. Computer skills necessary. Must be professional.
