Responsibilities
The applicant must be able to perform the following
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical/electrical systems including:
- Manufacturing/process equipment
- Automated conveyor and packaging equipment
- Building: HVAC and lighting
- Robotic cells
- Industrial communications networks
- Ability to read and understand wiring schematics and system drawings.
- Installation and inspection of mechanical & electrical equipment up to NFPA, GMP & SQF codes.
- Adjust parameters in machines, VFDs, and servos using built-in faceplate/HMI interface.
- Mechanically/Electrically tune and troubleshoot equipment for proper operation.
- Inspection of all operating parts to ensure proper operation within expected tolerances.
- Repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components using standard hand tools, gauges, and procedures.
- Determine tools and equipment required to perform scope of job.
- Assemble, align, and install equipment as necessary.
- Clearly and professionally interact with internal personnel and external contractors.
- Must have a good attendance and safety record
