Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Engage in direct sales activities, presenting products and services to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on territory sales plans and achieve overall sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to enhance selling strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, inside sales, or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Experience in lead generation and territory management is a plus.
