DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure outstanding customer service
• Train and supervise store staff.
• Lead by example in product sales
• Maintain customer contacts, follow up on leads, prospect when necessary.
• Address customer issues & queries in a professional, accurate and timely manner
• Handle staff complaints, conflicts, and problems.
• Ensure compliance with various health and safety regulations.
• Comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Participate in all spiff programs.
• Oversee stock levels
• Facilitate inventory counts.
• Prepare and execute on promotional materials and in-store displays.
• Cultivate professional and courteous relationships with delivery and service companies

ADDITIONAL

• Full time 40 hour position, that requires working Saturdays and Sundays
• Paydays are on the 5th and the 20th of each month
• The position is base pay plus commission. Commissions are paid on the 20th of the month for previous months sales.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
