Job Role:
As a Janitorial Crew Worker, you'll be responsible for:
- Perform heavy cleaning tasks including floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and trash removal.
- Working closely with team members and management to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Identifying and communicating the need for supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Following safety guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A clean legal background and drug-free status.
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment is a plus.
- A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Capability to operate trucks or other vehicles to job sites.
- Some positions may require safety certification assessments.
