What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snow for Colorado position at Top Flight Maintenance?
We are looking for skilled and dependable Snow Plow Operators to join our team for the upcoming winter season. The selected candidate will be responsible for safely and effectively clearing snow from both commercial and residential properties. This seasonal role requires early morning shifts, often beginning before sunrise, with punctual and reliable attendance during snow events.
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed during snow events.
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site.
- A clean driving record.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Preferably, 2 or more years of experience in snow plowing.
- Capability to perform in difficult weather conditions, such as heavy snow, cold, and ice.
- Familiarity with plow trucks, Snowrators, or other snow removal equipment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
