Our client, a Plastics & Packaging distributor is looking for an Accounting Administrative Assistant in the Torrance CA area to join their team
Title: Accounting Administrative Assistant
Industry: Plastics & Packaging Manufacturer
Type: Full Time Direct Hire
Location: Torrance, CA (1 day a week remote)
Salary: 55-60K
JOB DUTIES:
- Process checks and identify unclear invoices or transactions
- Conduct closing procedures and prepare financial statements for review
- Responsible for accounts payable/receivable and monitor cash flow
- Assist corporate income tax filing and prepare tax-related documents
- Answer phone calls, handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Restock and manage office supplies and equipment
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Japanese language ability is a plus
- Domestic overnight and international travel
