Job Description :
- Develop, implement, and maintain chemical compliance policies and procedures to effectively manage regulatory requirements for the North American region.
- Project, manage, analyze, and prepare regulatory reports, including but not limited to CDR, PFAS, and HFC reports.
- Verify and manage required Safety Data Sheets for all products; efficiently manage existing Chemtech Account to ensure compliant.
- Communicate with external stakeholders, including Japanese business units and / or N.A. production sites, regulatory agencies, and consultants to address regulatory inquiries and concerns related to products sold or manufactured in North America.
Qualifications :
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
