A Japanese company is looking for an HR Generalist with General Affairs responsibility in DFW area.
Job Duty:
Implementing HR policies and procedures to support company goals and employee growth.
Fostering positive employee relations and provide necessary support.
Leading recruitment, staffing, and retention efforts to align with company objectives.
Overseeing and executing payroll processing accurately and on time.
Managing and supporting the HR & Administration team in daily operations.
Ensuring smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Supporting performance evaluation processes and maintain records.
Administering HR programs, including benefits, leave, employee relations, and performance
Overseeing office supplies, facility maintenance, and budget management.
Organizing and coordinate company events and meetings.
Managing escalated customer service issues professionally.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business management or Human Resourse management and/or 5 years of equivalent experience
Strong understanding of HR and administrative functions.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration.
HR certification such as SHRM-CP, HRCI, or an equivalent credential is highly
preferred.
Experience with the Paychex payroll system is a plus.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Japanese language skills are huge plus
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
