JOB DUTIES:
- Create purchase orders through the company’s ERP system
- Procure and source materials & products for suppliers
- Perform cost analysis and maintain up to date records/documents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and delivery terms
- Responsible for designated vendor accounts
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of purchasing and procurement experience
- Experience handling purchasing orders in ERP
- Experience with negotiating and cost analysis
- Advanced excel proficiency
