Position : Licensing CoordinatorIndustry : Japanese entertainment company Location : West Los Angeles Area / Southern California Pay : $21-26 / hour (DOE) plus benefitsStatus : Full time / Direct hire / Non-exemptWork Schedule : Hybrid, work from home is up to 10 days a month after in-person introductory periodDuty : Responsible for deal negotiations for local, global, and import / export deals involving Latin / South America, either directly with licensees or through local agents or affiliate offices Organizing territories and categories licensed Reviewing quarterly royalty reports Liaise between legal department and management or partners for all legal topics Overseeing and resolving any issues during approval process; communicate with local partners and licensors in JapanQualifications : English and Japanese bilingual A strong administrative skill; superior organizational and time management skills required Minimum of 2.5 years' experience in consumer product, promotional and event licensing preferred Experience working with partners in Latin / South America preferred Basic understanding of accounting for sales booking and budgeting preferred Proficient in MS Office Ability to attend international / domestic business trips, up to 20%Please submit a resume.
