Processor / Onboarding Coordinator
On-board, process paperwork, and facilitate onboarding videos for all Top Guard officers in the assigned office.
Partners with staffing team and operations team to ensure that all staffing needs are addressed with urgency and placements are met
Conducts on-boarding and hire processing in the assigned office to include electronic documentation review and entry, review of paperwork, training videos, and proper uniform fittings
Compiles, builds and / or reviews personnel files
Performs personnel file Win-Team data entry and verification : SS#, Tax Forms, direct deposits
Ensures all TG employees complete orientation as part of the hiring process, tracks and reports on completion
Assists with compliance management as needed.
Demonstrates to candidates and new hires a positive reflection of our brand and company
Works with staffing team on monitoring uniform inventory
Collects and documents uniform returns upon employee separation
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
Makes photocopies, faxes document and performs other clerical functions
Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will partner and collaborate with the Recruiter, Account Managers and team members to achieve company objectives to onboard a high-volume of new hires into the Company systems daily. We are a fast-paced company looking for an administrative professional to welcome new hires, conduct on-boarding and new hire processing for our high-volume office in Chesterfield (with the most foot-traffic), to include electronic documentation review and entry, review of paperwork, setting up and assisting new hires with onboarding videos, and proper uniform fittings. You will be required to champion a positive and harmonious environment.
