Duties
- Perform auto body repairs on various makes and models, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Fabricate and weld parts as necessary to restore vehicles to their original condition.
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine repair needs.
- Detail vehicles post-repair to ensure they meet quality expectations before returning to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline the repair process and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
Experience
- Proven experience in auto body repair, automotive repair, or auto restoration is required.
- Familiarity with sheet metal work is preferred.
- Previous experience in estimating a plus!
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation needed.
