Finished Goods Warehouse Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate reporting of inventory levels, adjustments, and returns
• Investigate and resolve issues such as damaged goods, shipment shortages, missed deliveries, and incorrect customer orders
• Update and manage all warehouse data using Oracle NetSuite and Excel daily.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with Oracle NetSuite records.
• Collaborate with production teams for seamless material transfers to the warehouse.
• Coordinate and assist customers during pickup processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Management (preferred) or Logistics, or 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Certifications: Certification to operate forklift, Lift Truck and other equipment and the ability to assist as needed.
