Liaison

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial link between our organization and clients, ensuring effective communication and fostering strong relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and account management, with a focus on driving business development initiatives and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key role at customer manufacturing locations responsible for maintaining strong customer relationship by handling/communicating quality and delivery issues effectively.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support customer with quality and delivery related issues.

Coordinate containment activities at customer locations.

Collect pictures and/or samples of suspect or non conforming product.

Perform Leak test investigation using hand held tester.

Interact successfully with Quality Engineers.

Interact successfully with customer engineering and SQE representatives.

Participate in 3 path, 5why root cause analysis and corrective actions with a cross functional team in order to reduce / eliminate internal and customer PPM’s.

Adhere to Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies.

Understand and follow all required GPS standards.

Any task deemed necessary by Management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3-5 years Quality Engineering or Customer Quality Liaison experience.

ASQ Certified Quality Technician is preferred.

Experience with e-coating process preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

High proficiency in understanding math data, interpretation and part measurement.

Working knowledge of GD&T

Knowledge of plant manufacturing processes.

Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Effective communication skills.
