Top Gun Staffing is seeking a Mold Superintendent to oversee all aspects of the Foundry Mold Department in a high-volume production environment. This role ensures efficient operations while maintaining high-quality standards, safety compliance, and production goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of electric melting processes, refractories, and operational best practices.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of Mold Supervisors to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives.
- Conduct quality and safety audits to support and enhance ISO-9001 : 2015 work procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production Control, and Maintenance, to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Work closely with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Utilize reports, data analysis, and technical resources to drive continuous improvement in mold operations.
