Job Summary
We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and responsible After School Program Teacher to join our team! In this role, you’ll help create a safe and enriching environment where school-age children can unwind, learn, and have fun after their regular school day.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about working with children, enjoys leading engaging activities, and can balance fun with structure and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and actively engage with children (typically ages 5–12) during after-school hours
- Plan and lead a variety of age-appropriate activities such as arts & crafts, games, STEM projects, homework support, and outdoor play
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where every child feels seen and supported
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about daily highlights or any concerns
- Assist with snack distribution and cleanup
- Follow all school/program policies and safety procedures
- Safely operate the van, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
