Social Media Marketing Manager & E-Com Customer Support
Top Notch is proud to have locally-grown beef - raising our own Corriente cattle in our St. Anthony, Idaho feedlots. We handle all the fabrication and processing of the cattle, as well as produce and package all our Top Notch beef jerky and meat snacks at our new state-of-the-art production facility located just minutes from our feedlots in Sugar City, Idaho.
The Top Notch Jerky E-Commerce Store is growing and we are looking for an individual that is/has:
- Creative and has experience with photography (preferably products) and filming for social media posts and reels
- A great communicator
- A flexible schedule
- Excited to learn and grow with a fast growing e-com business
Responsibilities:
Social Media
- Work with marketing director to develop social media marketing campaigns
- Create, schedule and post social media content
- Craft engaging content: Film and take pics of product to create engaging reels / posts while maintaining the company’s brand
- Engage with stories & posts
- Interact with customers on social media when applicable
- Meta Ads experience/expertise - or willing to learn - is a bonus
Customer Service
- Must be available to check and respond to messages & comments via social media and emails throughout the day (Mon - Fri: 8-5)
- Communicate with team members / shipping dept. in a timely manner
Experience
- Must be able to provide a portfolio to demonstrate proficiency in social media content creation.
- Photography & Filming videos on cell phone is fine
P/T: Flexible hours // 10-15 hrs per week
Pay: from $15 / hr
Internship opportunities are welcome
Can work Remote but needs to be local to be boots on the ground for photoshoots & more.
