Top Notch Marketing Solutions, Inc. has an exciting opening at their direct marketing and sales firm in the local area. We are looking for a progressive Customer Service/Sales Representative with restaurant, retail, sales or hospitality experience to work with clients from leading industries across the country with a strong focus in the promotional marketing and direct advertising industry. We have developed tailored marketing events and advertising campaigns that allow for a much more personal approach to the development of clients’ brands. We have found that customer service, food service, retail, and hospitality professionals particularly excel in this position because they can provide the personal touch that has made our client’s firm so successful.
This is a full-time, permanent position and our client offers a competitive hourly base with commission performance bonuses.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service/Sales Representative:
· Liaise directly with consumers and provide outstanding face-to-face customer service to resolve customer issues, recommend our client’s services, and assist clients’ marketing and sales efforts.
· Create a unique customer service experience at in-field campaigns to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
· Develop, maintain, and grow partner relationships and identify and recommend new business development opportunities.
· Maintain knowledge of marketing processes and knowledge of clients’ products and services. This position includes face to face sales with the consumer
