- Communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse client populations.
- Familiarize yourself with marketing terminology to enhance communication with clients regarding their marketing.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems is essential for managing patient information efficiently.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette are required.
