We are seeking a PC / Network Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with a strong foundation in networking, cabling, and hardware support. The ideal candidate will have experience in network infrastructure, wireless management, and firewall configuration, along with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Infrastructure: Install, terminate, and test network cables to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Wireless Management: Configure, deploy, and manage Aruba, Extreme, and Meraki wireless solutions.
• Firewall Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Meraki, Fortinet, and SonicWall firewalls to ensure network security.
• Monitoring & Automation: Utilize tools like LogicMonitor and ConnectWise (Manage & Automate) for system monitoring and automation (preferred but not required).
• Technical Support: Provide first-line troubleshooting for network and PC-related issues, escalating when necessary.
• Documentation & Process Management: Maintain clear records of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and network changes.
• Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with other engineers to resolve complex issues and contribute to team learning.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of network fundamentals, including switching, routing, and security principles.
• Experience with Aruba, Extreme, and Meraki wireless solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Meraki, Fortinet, and SonicWall firewalls.
• Familiarity with LogicMonitor and ConnectWise Manage & Automate (preferred but not required).

Certifications (Preferred but not required):

• Networking: CompTIA Network , Cisco CCNA, or equivalent.
• Wireless: CWNA, Aruba/Extreme/Meraki certifications.
• Firewalls: Fortinet NSE, Meraki, or related certifications.
