We are seeking a skilled ERP Systems Analyst to support, troubleshoot, and optimize various ERP systems across the organization. This role requires strong expertise in SQL, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP systems operate efficiently, support business needs, and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for multiple ERP systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve ERP-related issues across finance, supply chain, HR, and other business functions.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and database reports to support business operations.
- Work closely with end users, IT teams, and vendors to understand system requirements and improve ERP functionality.
- Train and support end users on ERP applications, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, Epicor, Acumatica NetSuite, Infor, etc.).
- Strong expertise in SQL (queries, stored procedures, reporting, database management).
- Hands-on experience with ERP system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex ERP issues.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience working with IT service management (ITSM) tools for tracking incidents and requests.
- Understanding of data structures, business workflows, and reporting tools related to ERP systems.
