**Key Responsibilities**
The Facilities Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our extrusion and fabrication equipment.
This includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing all PVC conduit extrusion equipment maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of extrusion machinery, mechanical systems, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to extend equipment life and improve reliability.
- Promptly diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues with extrusion machinery.
- Leading, training, and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
- Managing spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are available when needed and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
