Job Description:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance our facility's competitive position and drive business success. You will lead a team of supervisors and managers, directing plans to ensure safety, environmental compliance, production outputs, labor efficiency, engineering effectiveness, facility maintenance and reliability, warehousing management, labor relations, and employee utilization.
You will oversee all production operations to meet demand, maintain reliability, and ensure facilities and equipment are in optimal condition. Additionally, you will strategically allocate resources to achieve plant goals and objectives, maintaining adequate inventory levels to ensure continuous production and sufficient finished goods.
