Top Quality Recruitment (TQR) is currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
**Responsibilities:**
- SUPERVISION OF MAINTENANCE GROUP: Daily supervision of personnel within the maintenance group, including staffing, performance management, development, coaching, training, and application of policies, programs, and procedures.
- CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Drive Continuous Improvement through a focused maintenance program designed to reduce downtime and ensure machine reliability.
- PURCHASING AND PROCUREMENT: Responsible for all departmental purchases of spare parts, supplies, and materials required to operate the facility, as well as the creation and maintenance of vendor relationships.
- SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY: Maintain a clean shop and work areas, providing an injury-free work environment for maintenance staff and contractors, visitors through engagement, hazard analysis, training programs, and good work practices.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in a high-volume operation with exposure to various manufacturing products and processes.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in project management is REQUIRED.
