Summary
The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Activities
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales accounts.
- Generate quality leads, source and develop referrals, develop and maintain a customer database, and respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person.
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and quotes.
- Keep management informed of customer needs and requests.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products and services to evaluate results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
