Top Rated Cleaning & Maintenance is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Utah County, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbounds sales, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
Duties
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Knocking doors and going into businesses of prospective clients
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales plans and achieve company goals.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our offerings.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales.
- Strong cold calling skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer requirements.
- Proficient in tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client interactions.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, enhancing your ability to understand client needs.

Job Type: Commissioned Base: W2
Expected Pay:
Year 1 OTE - $101,500
Year 2 OTE - $160,800
