What are the responsibilities and job description for the Export/Import Coordinator position at TOP RPO LLC?
We are currently looking for an Air Export Agent to join the team at their San Diego, CA office. Our logistics professionals handle export shipment requirements, with our international network of stations. Training will be provided. Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00Pm-9PM (1 hour lunch)Pay: $19-21hr*We provide paid training and foster professional growth
- Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels.
- Ensure all bookings are accurate and updated accordingly.
- Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to Stations on the status of their shipments.
- Collaborate with other internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws.
- Provide ad-hoc rate upon request.
Educational background / Work experience
- 1 year experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable.
