Program Manager - DCSA Case Processing Operations Center
Job Summary
The Program Manager will oversee daily operations of a contract, ensuring efficient and effective performance. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience managing programs of similar size, scope, and complexity. A Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for all contract-related matters.
- Oversee daily operations of the contract, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
- Act with full authority on behalf of the Contractor for all contract matters.
- Provide leadership and direction to the contract team, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet contract requirements and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and submit reports, briefings, and other documentation as required by the contract.
- Manage program resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure successful contract performance.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all contract activities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and management of contract teams.
- Proven ability to act with full authority on behalf of the Contractor for all contract matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- S. citizenship and current Top Secret security clearance.
