Description The Digital Modernization sector within Leidos is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst to manage the operational environment for the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) NOC.
With the CESO program, the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) is looking to transform the existing Secure Web Services (SWS) environment, which provides secure information sharing to the community, into a more mature service offering to meet the DoD and intelligence communities. As part of this task order, Leidos will manage the commercial cloud migration and disestablishment of legacy systems, fully automate the continuous development & continuous integration environment, fourth estate consolidation, professionalize services - ITIL / DevSecOps based processes, improve the customer experience 1st call resolution, and achieve development of a service catalog for Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) Model.
This position is based in Arlington, VA 100% on-site, and supports second shift 0600-1400 (6am-2pm). Primary Responsibilities
- Perform operational reviews at the start of every shift ensuring that services are running as expected. Work to resolve all known system anomalies and perform root cause analysis as required. Generate process improvements as needed to minimize future occurrences of recurring issues. As new processes are generated, they should be documented with a plan to mentor junior members of the team on the latest processes and procedures.
- Work both independently as well as in coordination with other IT disciplines to ensure smooth operations of the customer's multi-user environment. Includes but not limited to Implementation of STIG requirements, Engineering Implementation Plans (EIPs), Industry best practices, network security measures in accordance with customer and DOD standards.
- Take ownership of customer issues and communicate on a regular basis the status of their tickets and issues. Issue resolution is to include properly documenting issues along with associated resolution measures.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Review user requests for upgrades or additions to the network to assess impact on network performance and provide advice and guidance on the most practical technical approach to meeting user requirements.
- Provide 24x7 call-in support in the event of systems outages, along with providing regular progress updates on resolution times.

Pay Range Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
