Responsibilities:
- Control the PLT technical baseline through change board control.
- Coordinate between Supplier Management Teams and Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test teams.
- Maintain cognizance over technical activities within the AVE Segment.
- Ensure the program adheres to sound engineering processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with 14 years of experience or Master's degree with 12 years of experience or PhD with 10 years of experience.
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
- Able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
- 10 years of experience leading a technical team to successful product development and delivery.
