Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the onsite level three Program Manager position and to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
The Program Manager will be the Site Lead and will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves leadership in program planning, execution, and delivery, with a focus on achieving successful outcomes within scope, time, and budget constraints. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive program excellence, manage risks, and ensure the successful delivery of program goals.
Skills / Experience Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.

Skills / Experience Required
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
- Management experience in an enterprise-level (minimum of 3k users) DOD C4I/IT environment
- 15 years of experience managing a program of similar in size and scope
- 5 years of experience as Onsite Program Manager supporting a DOD program of similar in size and scope
- Technical project progress, status reports and briefings
- Technical project status/update/review meetings and minutes
- Development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of technical project plans, directives, and agreements
- Development, monitoring, and documentation of technical project cost, schedule and performance metrics
- Technical design product quality assurance
- Configuration management
- Work planning and scheduling
- Technical risk identification and mitigation
- Workflow and information management
- Identifying opportunities for resolving program/project issues, and recommending the technical approach, organizational resources and management controls to be employed to meet the technical cost, performance and schedule requirements throughout program/project execution and life cycle
- Maintaining the Pre-installation Test and Checkout (PITCO) and Installation Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or IT related field
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- CCISO or CISM or CISSP or GSLC
