Position Summary MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Test and Evaluation Engineer to manage the planning and execution of test and evaluation activities in coordination with the Army Evaluation Center. The T&E Engineer will lead and participate in system-level technical and operational testing for software-intensive systems.
This is an opportunity to be involved in the newly formed PM Cyber & Space and be a part of the rapidly growing Cyber Development Product Office responsible for key capabilities within the offensive cyber operations world.
Telework available 1 to 2 days a week. This is subject to change based on mission

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage the overall planning and execution of test and evaluation activities in coordination with the Army Evaluation Center and other external DOD test agencies.
- Lead and participate in system-level technical and operational testing for software-intensive systems and analyze T&E data.
- Assists in developing, preparing, executing, and overseeing Test Plans and Procedures to include mission scenarios and evaluation methodologies.
- Lead and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Test Readiness Reviews.
- Assess technical documentation for test readiness and monitor T&E accomplishment.
- Assist the development of testing tools and methodologies, and coordinate with the testing organizations throughout the T&E lifecycle, inclusive of data authentication groups.
- Prepare / review test documentation including Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), specific test plans, schedules, and test report in support of Milestone Decisions and Material Release.

The projected compensation range for this position is $64000 to $96000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
