Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, effects, and usage methods.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products that complement customer purchases.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on proper usage and benefits.
- Maintain an organized and clean display area, ensuring all products are properly labeled and stocked.
- Handle transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling and sales processing.
- Utilize phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail or grocery store environment.
