Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume transactions with 3-way match and troubleshoot aged transactions.
- Reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger and prepare correcting entries.
- Support month-end closing with accruals and journal entries.
- Drive process improvements and maintain department metrics.
- Train new hires and prepare reports for leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); SAP experience preferred.
- Recent graduates or candidates with AP experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team-oriented skills.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
